"Australian Food Safety Essentials" DVD
This video / DVD is designed to help in the instruction and retraining of food safety practices in kitchen operations.
It has four  sections and all can be viewed separately. Safe Food Handling (8 mins), Personal Hygiene (4min), Cleaning and Sanitation (5mins) and Temperature Control (3 mins). Total 20 mins.

This training video highlights many bad practices and hazards that are all too commonly found in food premises. Some are obvious and some are more difficult to spot, but they all increase the risk of food poisoning.

Staff are required to 'Spot the Hazards'. This can be used as a fun assessment at the end of a food safety training session.
