Food Safety Refresher Course
Who
should attend ?
Anyone
involved in the handling, preparation or serving of food to the public.
This includes staff in:
- food businesses
- hospitals, nursing homes, hostels
- restaurants, cafes, take-aways etc.
- child care centres, canteens
- charitable organisations
Duration
Three
hours. Coffee
and Tea will be provided.

the Food Safety Standards
- Monitoring
and Record Keeping
- Examples
of monitoring forms will be provided.
An
assessment of the
course will be undertaken at the end of the day. All participants must
attend for the whole day.
ANZFA
Food Safety Standards
This
course will follow
the ANZFA Food Safety Standards and help ensure that your staff have
adequate
skills and knowledge in food hygiene and food safety.
